Yes. All three rooms together are $375 a night. That is 940 square feet and it sleeps ten.
Most people who book the whole house are doing one of three things. A family with grown kids and grandkids. A group of friends who have been meaning to do this for years. Or a small church or ministry group that wants somewhere quiet to think.
What the three rooms are
There is a Queen Suite on the lower level, and two king suites, the East Wing and the West Wing. Individually they run $125 to $175 a night depending on the room.
Every one of them has its own private bath with a heated bidet and 36-inch doorways. Nobody has to share a bathroom.
The West Wing has a twin bed, and if you let us know far enough ahead we can swap it for heavy-duty stackable cots, each rated to 500 pounds, that stack into a bunk. That puts a family of four in one room for a small extra fee.
What you share
The full kitchen, the great room under the stone chimney, the dining room, and the sun room that looks down over the ponds. Outside there is a bonfire pit ringed with rustic limestone boulders, an eight-person hot tub on the covered patio, and a Traeger pellet grill and smoker.
Getting around the house
The Queen Suite downstairs has zero-entry access. No steps at all, and a 36-inch doorway. Upstairs there is one 8-inch step to get into the house, and every door up there is also 36 inches. If somebody in your group needs ramp access to the upper level, tell us when you book and we can put one in.
We are about 45 minutes north of Kansas City and 15 minutes from St. Joseph.
