Nobody walks through a lobby and nobody shares a bathroom. You come in through the foyer, warm and woodsy under its arched knotty pine ceiling, where Lorie keeps fresh cookies on the center table. From there it is seven quick steps up to a King, or down the stairs to the Queen beside the kitchen, which is the room you want if you like a midnight snack. Every room has its own bath with a heated bidet and 36-inch doorways. Rates are per night.

The whole house

All three rooms

Ten people, the whole house, nobody else.

Thirty acres and no neighbors close enough to matter. Take all three rooms for $375 a night and the house is yours. We keep one bedroom with its own private entrance, and when the whole house is booked we move over to another residence.

Two in the queen and four in each king. Eleven if you need it, with six in the East Wing and the twin bed in the West Wing.

What you share

A great room, a kitchen, and a sun room over the water.

None of it is roped off. Guests cook in the kitchen, sit under the stone chimney, and end up in the sun room when the weather turns.

Thirty acres of it

A hot tub, a fire by the water, and cattle in the pasture.

The hot tub is the thing guests come back for. The bonfire pit sits next to one of the ponds, ringed with rustic limestone boulders, the Traeger pellet grill and smoker is yours to use, and the fishing is genuinely good.

Steps and doorways

Zero entry downstairs, 36 inches everywhere.

Almost nobody publishes this, so here it is plainly. Tell us what you need when you book and we will tell you straight whether it works.

The Queen Room

Zero-entry access. No steps at all, and a 36-inch doorway. It is on the lower level beside the kitchen.

Upstairs

One 8-inch step to get into the house. Every door up there is 36 inches wide.

Ramp access

We can add a ramp to navigate the 8-inch step to the upper level. Tell us when you book and it will be there.
